At Koinonia, leadership flows from relationship. Our team of elders and ministry leaders serve together as a spiritual family — walking in unity, humility, and love. Each leader carries a unique gift and calling, yet our shared heartbeat is to see people restored, equipped, and released into their God-given purpose.
We believe that true leadership is not about position, but about servanthood and fathering — guiding others through relationship and example. Together, our elders carry the responsibility of caring for the church family, protecting the vision, and nurturing an environment where everyone can grow in faith, maturity, and wholeness.

Jan and Marianne Buys
Senior Pastors
Jan and Marianne’s passion is to see believers restored, equipped, and released into their calling. Their leadership focuses on raising healthy spiritual families and developing Kingdom-minded leaders for the church and marketplace.
Chris & Maureen Camara
Worship Pastors
Chris and Maureen serve as worship Pastors and leaders at Koinonia. They have two beautiful children, Emil and Christi, they carry a heart to see every generation become whole and fully alive in Christ.
Louise Buys
Pastor, Teacher
Ministry Leader – Bible Journey, Chosen Youth, Lighthouse & Young Disciples
Louise oversees discipleship and children’s ministry, nurturing believers of all ages.
